St. Cyprian’s Annual Fund Campaign plays a significant role in the School’s financial stability. Gifts to the Annual Fund are applied directly to the School’s general operating fund. Gifts may be used to expand our technology department, renew our curriculum resources, embellish our specialty areas or grow our long-term capital improvement fund.

Why do I need to give to the Annual Fund Campaign?

Since current tuition fees cover only 81% of expenses, the monies raised during each year’s Annual Fund Campaign directly enhance each student’s education. Gifts to the Annual Fund are applied directly to the School’s general operating fund. Gifts may be used to expand our technology department, renew our curriculum resources, embellish our specialty areas or grow our long-term capital improvement fund.

What is the goal for the Annual Fund?

Each year we set a goal for how much we would like to raise through annual giving along with the yearly goal of achieving 100% parent, staff and board participation.

What are the benefits of supporting the Annual Fund?

St. Cyprian’s School is an organization described in section 501 (C) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donor may deduct contributions as provided in section 170 of the Code. Gifts may be eligible for Matching Gift programs offered by your employer, which could double and sometimes triple the impact of your gift.

When is Bayou Bash?

St. Cyprian’s Bayou Bash Dinner and Auction is traditionally held the first Friday in April in the school gym.

How can I get involved with Bayou Bash?

Volunteers are needed year-round in a variety of areas including: planning, securing auction items or underwriters, and decorating.
