Amanda Gentry

Physical Education

Amanda Gentry is the physical education teacher. She is currently completing her kinesiology degree at Stephen F. Austin State University. Coach Gentry teaches archery at St. Cyprian’s and started the Archery Club.

An avid sports fan, Coach Gentry has coached city league softball and t-ball. She enjoys attending Houston Astros baseball games.

Coach Gentry is a lifelong resident of Lufkin and is married and has one daughter, Lauren and son, Trent.
Teaching Philosophy:

“It is my goal to encourage each child’s creative ability and to instill the importance of overall health socially, physically and emotionally.”
