Ashlie Ballard

3rd Grade Teacher

Mrs. Ballard is beginning her eighth year teaching at St. Cyprian’s and is a 2nd grade teacher. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is also trained in Dyslexia Therapy.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, reading, baking and shopping.

Teaching Philosophy
“I believe in providing students with hands-on/minds-on learning opportunities. Engaging students in multi-sensory activities increases their ability to understand new concepts and retain new information. A classroom environment that is self-directed instills autonomy in students.”
