Debbie Owens

4th & 5th Grade Math and Science Teacher

Debbie Owens teaches 4th grade at St. Cyprian’s. Mrs. Owens graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education and has over 26 years of teaching experience.

Married for more than 30 years, Mrs. Owens and her husband have two children and four grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys sewing, baking and spending time with family.

Teaching Philosophy:

“All children are precious gifts from God. They are all born with unique gifts and talents. It is my responsibility as a teacher to help develop these gifts and talents to the best of my ability.”
