Karen Greer

Music Teacher

Mrs. Greer has been St. Cyprian’s Music Teacher for seven years. She has a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy from Sam Houston State University. She is a Board Certified Music Therapist and a Licensed Kindermusik Educator.

In addition to teaching at St. Cyprian’s, Mrs. Greer is also a voice instructor at Angelina College and a Kindermusik Educator for Stephen F. Austin’s Preparatory Division.

In her spare time, Mrs. Greer and her husband enjoy spending time with their three children, going to the movies and participating in outdoor activities.

Teaching Philosophy
“My goal is to provide challenging and creative opportunities for children to develop a love and awareness of music. I believe all students are capable of accomplishing great things in as atmosphere of mutual respect and consideration.”
