We inspire excellence at St. Cyprian’s Episcopal School. Whether it is in our create labs, fine arts studios or outdoor learning center, students are offered opportunities to experience the world around them in engaging and creative ways.
The Lion Fund is an annual fall semester appeal seeking necessary operational support that enhances every aspect of SCES. These tax-deductible gifts are put to use immediately and have a direct impact on our students’ education experiences. Because of the broad reach of these donations, we encourage support of this fund as a giving priority.
Gifts of all sizes make a tremendous difference. Each and every student at SCES benefits from the Lion Fund. Moreover, foundations examine participation percentages when evaluating SCES grant requests.

HOW TO GIVE TO THE LION FUND
The most direct way to support St. Cyprian's Episcopal School is through an outright gift of cash (check or credit card) or stock. Many organizations offer Matching Gift Programs for outright gifts made by employees and their spouses. Please check with your employer to see if they will match your gift. This is an easy way to double — and sometimes triple — the impact of your philanthropy!

You may choose to designate your gift to a particular area of the school’s operations which is most meaningful to you. As always, you may elect to make an unrestricted gift which allows the school’s administration to address the most critical needs at any given time, in and out of the classroom.
THE LION FUND (UNRESTRICTED)
Unrestricted gifts provide unrestricted support for SCES, which allows the leadership to put the funds wherever the need is greatest.
FACULTY DESIGNATED
Designating your gift to Faculty provides direct support to faculty salaries and benefits so that SCES can retain and attract dedicated, inspiring teachers who have been called to private school education.

FINANCIAL AID DESIGNATED
Designating your gift to Financial Aid provides the resources to enroll a student population that is highly diverse and motivated to be successful, contributing members of the SCES community.
FINE ARTS DESIGNATED
Designating your gift to Fine Arts enhances opportunities for students in the Visual and Performing Arts including ceramics, drawing, graphic design, painting, photography, drama, and music.
TECHNOLOGY DESIGNATED
Designating your gift to Technology provides hardware, software, upgrades and networking capabilities to keep students and faculty accessible to the latest information technology available.
ATHLETICS DESIGNATED
Designating your gift to Athletics supports opportunities for healthy competition, exercise, sportsmanship, personal growth, and self-respect.
